We proudly ship Pan India across thousands of serviceable pin codes through our courier partners.

Whether you’re located in a metro city or a remote area, we strive to deliver your order without hassle.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales periods, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS/email

  • Real-time updates on your shipment status

You can use this tracking link anytime to check your delivery progress.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 (on orders below ₹499)

  • Free Shipping: On prepaid orders above ₹499

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹30 additional

We may run special offers or free shipping promotions from time to time.

📦 Packaging & Handling

All orders are carefully packed using secure and protective packaging to ensure products reach you in perfect condition.

Special care is taken while packing:

  • Microfiber cloths to maintain hygiene

  • Car perfumes to prevent leakage or damage

📦 Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment will be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Our team may contact you for re-delivery

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

🔁 Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
