🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged or defective

You received a wrong item

The product is unused and in original packaging with all labels intact
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective.
⚠️ Important Product Note

Car perfumes cannot be returned if opened or used

Microfiber cloths must be unused and in original condition
📩 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos or unboxing video (for damaged/incorrect items)

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product

In such cases, shipping costs will be reimbursed as per our policy
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method
For COD Orders:

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Please Note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items

Refund timelines may vary during holidays or unforeseen delays
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a replacement:

Place a new order after the refund is processed

The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
📦 Return to Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order is returned due to:

Customer unavailability

Incorrect address

Refusal to accept delivery
Then:

Re-shipping may require additional charges

Repeated COD rejections may lead to order restrictions
