Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, unless they are damaged or defective:

Used or washed products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items purchased during clearance or special sale events

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
Share your order number and clear images/videos of the issue
Our team will review the request and respond with further instructions

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide exchange details, depending on availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time for refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
